You may return items within 14 days from delivery for store credit only if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All merchandise purchased through a promotion* (for example, discounts, rewards points) will be store credited at the value purchased.
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately by submitting an online contact form. Provide us with a picture/video of the problem to help us expedite your replacement process.
