For orders outside the holiday period, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Merchandise purchased with promotions (such as discounts or rewards points) will be credited for the amount paid.

You may only return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging. The store credit you receive will be for the value paid at the time of purchase.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by submitting an online contact form and include a photo or video so we can quickly process a replacement.
