Vitality Extracts does not exchange products, return your item(s) within 14 days for store credit, and then you can order your replacement. Visit our return center to start the return: https://returns.vitalityextracts.com/returns
You can also call our Customer Service Representatives at (844) 429-6580, Monday – Friday, 9 am-6 pm (PST).
If you have received an incorrect product, contact Customer Service. They’ll help connect you with the right products.
You may ONLY return items within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging. The store credit you receive will be for the value paid at the time of purchase.
