If you would prefer a replacement within 14 days of delivery, you may request one by contacting Customer Service through our contact form: https://www.vitalityextracts.com/pages/contact-us

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation that your replacement package is on its way.

Replacement requests are typically reviewed within 24-48 hours, and once shipped, delivery may take 8–10 days.


For leaking oil bottles:

Please take a photo without flash, holding the bottle up to a light source such as a sunny window, lamp, or bright screen. This helps clearly show the fill level of the bottle.

After submitting your photo, please allow time for review. Our team will then follow up and assist you to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase.
