What if I want a replacement?Updated a year ago

If you prefer a replacement within 14 days of delivery, you may request one by contacting customer service by submitting a contact form. In order for us to assist you with a replacement, we will need a picture/video of the product to process your request. If your request is approved, we will send you a confirmation stating a replacement package is on its way. Replacement requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, once shipped, 8-10 days to arrive.


If you need to show us a leaking oil bottle, please take a photo without flash, holding the bottle against a light source such as a sunny window, lampshade, or bright computer screen. This helps illustrate the fill level of the bottle. Once you have provided the photo, please allow a designated timeframe for review. We will then proceed with assistance to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
