If your item is damaged, broken or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately by submitting an online contact form. Provide us with a picture/video of the problem to help us expedite your replacement process.
If you need to show us a leaking oil bottle, please take a photo without flash, holding the bottle against a light source such as a sunny window, lampshade, or bright computer screen. This helps illustrate the fill level of the bottle. Once you have provided the photo, please allow a designated timeframe for review. We will then proceed with assistance to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.
