How much carrier oil should I use?Updated 5 months ago

Please refer to our dilution chart to decide which dilution rate is best for your needs.  In general, you can increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity then apply to the desired area as needed. 

Note: Our roll-on's and spray bottles are pre-diluted and do not need an additional carrier oil.

You can use a small glass dish or bowl to mix your essential oils and carrier oils. We also carry a mixing bowl on our website.
