General instructions:
In a water diffuser: Using filtered water, place 3-5 drops of your favorite essential oil in a water diffuser. You can control how strong the scent is by reducing or increasing the amount of drops. Be careful not to use too much oil as it can clog your diffuser.
On diffuser jewelry: We recommend applying 1-2 drops of your favorite essential oil on your finger or a Q-tip. Apply the oil on 2-3 black lava beads and give time for the oils to dry before wearing them. Repeat this process in 1-2 days. You can apply it to more lava beads for a stronger scent.
*It is important that your jewelry has lava stones to absorb the oils and that you do not apply the oils anywhere else on your jewelry.
Direct Application: You can apply your oils directly to your skin. It is recommended to dilute your oils with a carrier oil such as almond or coconut oil before applying. Add 6-10 drops of essential oil into 10-15ml of carrier oil. For maximum benefits, apply to pressure points such as the wrists, temples, or behind your earlobes. You can do this as frequently as you like as there is no set rule as to how long you want to feel the benefits of your oils.
*It is recommended to do a patch test before usage.
Roll it on To use the roll-on essential oils, roll the bottle between your hands before each use to ensure the essential oils are properly mixed. Then apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, behind the ears, bottoms of the feet, and insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you! They can also be used on the black lava beads on your diffuser bracelet as well. The roll-on is prediluted and can be rolled directly onto the skin.
Inhale It: Simple, effective, and you can do it anywhere. Just remove the cap of your essential oil bottle, hold it close to your nose, and inhale the fragrant vapors. Be careful with strong oils such as tea tree oil and always inhale slowly!
Soak it in a Bath: For a relaxing spa treatment in the privacy of your own home, fill your bathtub with warm water then add 10-12 drops (feel free to use more if your bath is bigger) of your essential oil. Sink in, close your eyes, and let the fragrance wash away the day’s stress. This method is also great for soothing sore muscles or putting moisture back into the skin.
Our spray bottles and roll-on bottles do include carrier oil.
